Sharing experiences on the contribution of multi-stakeholder participation in organizing rangeland management based on local communities.
The involvement of all parties is crucial for the effective implementation of any activity. Within the framework of the International Land Coalition (ILC), the National Land Coalition (NLC) was established in Mongolia in 2020. The National Land Coalition includes major organizations such as MNFPUG, the Policy Research Center, the Mongolian Land Association, the National Association of Mongolian Agricultural Cooperatives, and the “Jasil” Green Environment Association. National coalitions have worked together on several initiatives and achieved results, including the New Cooperative Movement, training programs, the rangeland carbon emission methodology, and research. Collaborating with major national organizations when implementing new ideas or projects greatly enhances the effectiveness and outcomes of the work.
