Roadmap for future digital livestock advisory ecosystem in Mongolia with a focus on integrated functionalities in the Nuudelchin environment as well as stakeholder coordination mechanisms

The seminar aimed at successfully implementing an digital system in Mongolia's livestock sector to facilitate and enhance the daily activities of herders, about 40 participants from 15 organizations attended. Among them, approximately 30 representatives from both the public and private sectors, government staff attended in person, while over 10 people participated online.

During the seminar, participants evaluated the current status, objectives, and key directions of the unified digital livestock system and identified areas for further development and improvement. They discussed registering each high-yield livestock, such as yaks and semi intensified farmed animals. Additionally, they exchanged ideas on increasing the system's cost-effectiveness and efficiency, fully integrating herders into electronic services, and improving the user interface.

It was emphasized that improving the digital system in the livestock sector would create opportunities to implement advanced technological solutions in Mongolia's livestock industry.

At the conclusion of the seminar, participants discussed supporting the development of the electronic system, expanding cooperation, and providing financial and technical support. They highlighted the need to further improve collaboration between the government, private sector, and researchers.
