On August 4, 2017, 29 citizens of Durgun soum of Khovd aimag voluntarily joined together and held their first meeting to establish the SCC. Registered as a legal entity of Mongolia on August 11, 2017, it is engaged in savings and loan activities. On October 27, 2017, it received a license from the Financial Regulatory Commission to conduct savings and loan activities. From December 4, 2017, it will provide savings and credit services to its members to meet the financial needs of its members, develop together, save and earn income. resources are increasing. The Savings and Credit Cooperative is currently operating with 3 employees and 210 members and is successfully operating for the third year in a row, providing its members with 5 types of loan products and 7 types of deposit products. Through the operation of the Savings and Credit Cooperatives, members and herders not only earn income from animal husbandry, but also increase the income of the Savings and Credit Cooperatives through savings, profits, savings and equity, and deliver cash outflows to herders within the soum.

Management of the cooperative: P.Tsogbadrakh is the chairman of the cooperative, L.Belegdemberel, L.Gansukh, Ts.Norduud, D.Oyunnomin, T.Khurelchuluun and Ch.Buyandalai are the leading members.

E.Khadbaatar is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Ch.Buyanjargal and A.Enkhzaya are the members of the Supervisory Board.

COOPERATION

In order to improve the financial education of citizens, to promote the benefits of saving for the future, to raise awareness about savings, and to raise awareness, World Savings Day was organized for SCC members and citizens of Durgun soum.

On the topic of Savings Day and SCC cooperation, the participating SCCs were briefed on their achievements, best practices, challenges and solutions.
Trainings and information on what savings are, their benefits and ways to create them were introduced to the public on the concept of savings.
Organizations such as ABAH, MFBA, and WWF participated, provided information, training, learned from each other's experiences, and developed a joint action plan to address SCC issues.

On January 28, 2019, in cooperation with DZOUB, in order to improve the financial education of its members, we organized a training for more than 120 members of SCCs on the Wedding, its importance and ways to create it.

More than 90 members and citizens from 6 SCCs operating in Khovd aimag, such as Uench Arivjin Delgerekh, Khan Gal Tamg, Sutai for Development, Mankhan Bayan Tavan Khairkhan, Duut Nuur Hishig, Munkhiin Buyan Uguuj, participated and shared information on achievements and SCCs. -Discussed the issues and developed a cooperation plan to solve the problems in the near future. In the Savings Citizens program, a special program was organized for all soum residents to educate the public on what Savings is, its importance, and ways to create it. As a result of the World Savings Day event, 3 new members joined our cooperative and 10 members increased their savings by 3.8 million MNT during the two days of our cooperative's activities.

2018-10-07-ны өдөр гишүүдийнхээ оролцоотой “Мөнхийн буян өгөөж” ХЗХ-ны үйл ажиллагаа сурталчлах өдөрлөгийг сумын иргэдийн дунд зохион байгуулж гишүүдийн тоо болон  хадгаламжийн багцаа нэмэгдүүлэв.

2019 онд НАМЭМ төслөөс зарласан болзолт уралдаанд тэргүүлсэн бахдам сайхан амжилттай ажиллаж гадаад туршлага судлах аялал , 15000.0 төгрөгийн тоног төхөөрөмж, санхүүгийн дэмжлэг авах эрхээр шагнагдсан. Үүний 5000.0 төгрөг 2019 оны 12  сард ХЗХ-ны дансанд орсныг тэргүүлэгчдийн хурлын шиидвэрээр хуваарилж  нөөцийн санд-1000.0 , хадгаламж хамгаалалтын санд-500.0, тогтворжилтын санд 500.0, гишүүдийн сайн сайхан болон гишүүдэд зориулсан  арга хэмжээнд 3000.0 тэргүүлэгчдийн шийдвэрээр зарцуулахаар тусгай дансанд байршуулсан.  Шагналын  мөнгөөрөө ажлын байраа тохижуулж ажиллах таатай орчин бүрдүүлэн ажиллаж байна.

Дэлхийн байгаль хамгаалах сан, МБАНХ-оос зарласан “НОГООН ЭДИЙН ЗАСАГ” номинацын эзнээр шалгарч 2000.0 төгрөг, өргөмжлөлөөр шагнагдлаа.

Хоршоо нь гишүүдийн хувь нийлүүлсэн хөрөнгөөс гадна Хадгаламж, зээлийн үйл ажиллагаа эрхлэх тусгай зөвшөөрлийн үндсэн дээр гишүүдээс хадгаламж татан төвлөрүүлж, мөн Ногоон алт хөтөлбөрөөс үйл ажиллагаа явуулах ажлын байраар хангах, техник, тоног төхөөрөмж, санхүүгийн программ, шаардлагатай тохиолдолд хөнгөлөлттэй санхүүгийн дэмжлэг үзүүлэхээр гэрээ хийж  ажиллаж ирсэн.
